For those who complain about moments...

I just get tired of the “pitch 6-8 innings” moments for topps now. I get why they do it but it still just feels like busy work
-
You are absolutely right, sumo! I was one of the ones that complained about the JD Martinez Moment cuz it took time away from my usual playing of the cpu on Rookie on Conquest and Extra Innings.
This year they really did make Moments less stressful than last year - and I respect that, so I hadn’t complained all season til yesterday.
I FINALLY got it done at 3:20am central time. I took breaks in between but it made me so irate cuz I’d get like 7 bases and started over soooooo many times. So I vented.
But I’m good now. On to the next. Plus, I jinxed myself by saying “Let me take care of this daily moment REAL QUICK…” Famous last words… 16 hours later… 🤪

My problem with the “git gud” argument is that if you really want to do that, moments are DEFINITELY not the way. Grinding moments will make you worse at the game.

Good point. Swinging wildly into the dirt on a 3-1 sinker, hoping to make just enough contact to avoid a walk, is definitely not a carry-over skill.

They aren't hard, they're just monotonous and boring. Though the sliders are out of whack and if you can't see that you're blind.
-
Some moments can be annoying but none of them are inherently difficult. That being said, I reject the premise that the moments being listed as rookie or veteran difficulty means anything at all.
-
The real problem with moments is that the pitchers never seem to make any mistakes. So if you're facing someone that predominantly throws a sinker and is not making mistakes, it can be difficult to hit a homerun or just plain drive the ball.

I’ll take moments over the 18 grind any day

People see “moments” and immediately try to hit every ball 5000 ft. Treat moments like a Ranked game. It helps, trust me

Well said, sometimes hard not to get into a free swing marathon at everything thrown trying to rush through. Then your timing and selection is messed and your beating yourself

Moments are easy but they make me depressed , conquest is the only mode I like to grind besides events and br. I wish they gave us more options to deal with more grinding in conquest if we prefer over moments
And more valuable rewards for grinding conquest, too! These prospect packs on the maps are killing my stub income.
I'm not going to complain about easy daily moments though—not when I finally can earn a player I want with them
-
SDS provides way more opportunities to grind to earn any card then most sports games I have found
-
Make all offline cards not associated with collections, sellable on the market.

As long as all online cards are not associated with collections and continue to be sellable on the market.

8 TB on rookie, but the pitcher throws balls 2 feet off the plate the majority of pitches. That's [censored].
Moments suck. But the cards and the monthly program are good. So it's a tradeoff.
