get hit in the junk with a sledgehammer than play another second of this game.
It's no longer fun.
Online play us a cesspool of kids with a 'win at any cost' attitude that would rather reply on exploits than actual skill. All because they have to be the first person to get the 'shiny new toy' or need to validate their pathetic lives with a record in a video game.
Offline play is full of glitches and programming that only works half of the time.
You have Moments where the pitcher won't throw anything near the strike zone. You have Moments that crash on you. You have Moments that auto-fail because the programming sucks.
And don't get me started on all the 'offline' games that end in a Friendly Quit and don't count.
Ex: because I can't get the last 5 points needed for Sig Wainright, a card that I'll NEVER use, because when I play the Cards on AS in a 9 inn game it NEVER counts. I've played them 10 times since the other day. NONE have counted.
And I've played the 7 inn Moment where you can't get give up a run at least another 10 times, and EVERY SINGLE TIME I get to the 6th inn and after I bat with Wainright (again, why the *"!# are we batting in a pitching Moment) the game ends and tells me I failed.
So, instead I'm 'forced' to play online to get the Win with a Cardinals pitcher and so far I've played 32 event games and have yet to get a win with Flaherty.
I thought I had it in a BR game the other day, but it ended up going into a freeze off (it's Sept, and this game has been online capable in how many years, and we're still dealing with freeze-offs?) and I had to wait 6 hours only for the game to end in a FQ (again, the game didn't count)
Yeah, I'm done playing.
Guess this 4M in stubs that I have saved up is just going to collect dust.
Such a shame.

Sounds like you need a break. Honestly. Not trying to be snarky or funny. Take some time off and come back next Friday for TA 4. Or whenever. Sometimes you just need a breather. There are other games.

I dont believe you.every person ive ever heard say " id rather be hit in the nuts than ..." has always put their hands down to block and backed away shouting no no no when the attempt was made.so ...i dont believe you.

I may revisit the game when TA 4 drops. But if there isn't anyone that I would want, and they don't release a 99 Griffey or Aaron soon, it's going to be hard wanting to play.
Anything I get now is just filler content for Mookie and whomever they decide to make the next big collection reward.
