I remember he was the cats pajamas like 4 or 5 years ago. He was really good and made videos. What happened to him? He grew up? Stopped playing the game? Stopped making videos but still plays?

He still plays every now and then under a pseudonym. But he doesn't like the way this game has developed and the direction it's heading.

Sounds like a smart man. I remember him taking flak for complaining so he just quit.

That was part of why I went on that tirade. If they removed the comments and didn't comment the.selves it was definitive prove that they just don't give a [censored] about their customers. They were already here, it would've taken what? An additional 20 seconds to comment "answers coming soon" or "sorry guys no answers" -

They have made it pretty obvious that either they can't or they just don't want to answer this thread.
In both situations this whole thing could very easily be dismantled by just saying so. There is literally no downside to that.

In both situations this whole thing could very easily be dismantled by just saying so. There is literally no downside to that.
They don't feel the need to respond or they aren't allowed to. When people on this thread start calling for sds heads it isn't a good look on this side of the argument either. Both sides come off as childish at times. Keep it professional. You have told them time after time how they are treating its customers like garbage and I get it. But ya know what? A very tiny percentage of the consumer base knows about this forum and an even smaller percentage actually follow it. Secondly, everyone on this thread is going to buy mlb 22. Everyone can whine and moan and threaten never to return just like every other year. Sds knows its all a bluff mainly because its the only baseball game in town and their content drops are unlike any other sports franchise. Not picking sides, just seems like this thread is the same people everyday saying the same things over and over again and sds couldn't care less or they are being told not to reply and get into an analytics discussion on a public forum.

This is a good point, and I think the most likely scenario. There really isn't any upside for the devs to wade in and offer what will likely be deemed unsatisfactory answers to questions posed by a very small but largely unappeasable sampling of their customers.

Big understatement. While it may have started as an earnest request for information, it has since devolved into something else. Maybe those lobbing insults at those asked to assist and those generally acting like morons thought they were helping... there are ways to ensure that no one will want to help you, and, in that, this has been a master class.
