Got banned for 7 days via Sony. Can I still play offline???????

Your account for PlayStation Network is temporarily suspended for 7 days.
Can I still play DD offline and do the daily missions, conquest etc etc? I know I can't play online multiplayer but was wondering if anyone who has had similar experience can confirm or deny if you can still play DD offline. Don't want to miss out on the free All start packs in the daily moments path.
And yes. I did deserve a ban. Got baited by a loser who was mad I did the bunt dance after he had started it. He messaged me and baited into cursing him out, so yes I do deserve the ban.

You CANNOT play ANY games that require you to use your PS+.
You MAY be able to play Franchise mode, but you can't save any of the progress.
You're best bet is to take the time away from the game and when you come back, TURN OFF your messages.

For the better part of 30 years it has been good advice to simply ignore the internet trolls and yet we all still succumb to the urge now and again.
I don't even play online and I have my PSN messages set to friends only.

couldnt do franchise either cause the psn that all your data is linked to would be inactive, and to create a different one(unless they got the console or IP address) would be useless.
In other words- no getting around the punishment. -
