Yeah I haven't missed any and don't understand why you have to pick two of everything before you get to the inning revolution card. I mean if you missed it the first time you missed it. Just slows down the process.

Great point. I was going to mention that, because so much content has an expiration date, but not these cards.
Maybe because it was meant for the player programs to never go away?

I think they should move old ones back in the program, I’m fine with them having them in there, but maybe put the newer ones ahead.

I don't really need to continually get another Giambi or Ford or whatever every month. Give an extra star for the program or something.
