As long as they're sellable, you should be able to sell a card at any parallel.

says item in use, but he is not in any lineup. then says 'if u wish to sell it you must unequip or unsquad it. so you telling me i can definitely sell a plyr who has hit a parallel. thx

You definitely can. Sounds like he might be on your event squad. Remove him from your event squad and you should be good.
