Lost Connection :(

First pitch in a RS game, low changeup, foul tip, frozen. I was waiting 30 seconds and saw âLost Connection With Opponentâ and thought, âwow, what a guy.â
But then I get back to the Home Screen and I lost 33 points. This game isnât ready for this so called âSummer Circuitâ. More like Summer Circus with all the issues the game is gonna have.

Not sure if this will make a difference but I turned off cross platform play and havenât had a freeze off since. Just a suggestion

Had my first game in event yesterday do the same thing. The only difference was that I was at bat. 3-2 count low change up. Fouled off. Game froze immediately after I made contact. My batter was still in like 3/4 of his swing animation. Itâs been a while since Iâve had a game freeze.

Explain how you believe this is anything but a coincidence or simply the fact you don't get freeze offs. I sure don't..and I sure never turned off cross platform.
Where do you come up with some of this stuff? No offense, but it's a lil deranged.

I probably should respond to this but here we go. The guy just said he didnât know if it made a difference or not... it was a suggestion.
I understand what "may" have been his intent, but stating something so outlandish..even if it's intended to help, sometimes does the opposite. Not saying the guy is brainless, but he doesn't "appear" to think his suggestions through before just blurting them out and possibly getting others to believe it and taking some action they definitely do not need to take.

Well being a network engineer and knowing how networks operate and knowing that the matchmaking engine is different than previous years, and knowing that there have been numerous other connectivity issues with this game since day one. Turning off the cross play platform seems to have worked for me. Had a bunch of freeze offs with Xbox players prior to doing this and magically no freeze offs since. Once again youâve barked up the wrong tree kid. May mean nothing but ironically nothing ever since the time I turned it off. Now Iâm gonna have to block you because Iâm tired of arguing with an idiot like you. Every time I run into you youâre doing this so Iâm going to proactively end this. Have fun being a garbage player and blaming everything and everybody for why you suck at this game.
