Hi i need help with obtaining my last 42 card. I have collected all cards except for Jose Berrios which i cannot figure out as i have finished all 5 of the TA 1 choice packs. I dont remember exhanging his card and if so accidnely dont know how to get it back. If anyone knows what i can do to obtain his AL Central 88 card please reply.

My guess is you have two if the same 42 card from that division. Double check your card count for the rest as that is usually the issue. You may have picked the same card twice.
Your only option is to put in a ticket and hope someone from SDS responds to it in the next year or so. They haven't exactly been cruising through them.

Blame SDS. Even if it's user error, it's EASILY preventable user error. When you have a baby, you baby proof the house. Safety covers over electrical outlets, baby gates at the top and bottom of stairs, and cabinet locks to keep the poor [censored] from drinking the bleach under the sink. There really is no reason why you should even be able to accidentally chose the same non-sellable card twice.
There have been enough reports and tickets with people taking the same card twice that even if they didn't foresee this happening before launch, it should have been fixed in the first update. If they can't figure out how to lock out previous choices in the pack, set up an area in the exchange menu. They already have the infrastructure in place for it based on current player and voucher exchanges. Exchange one no-sell TA1, TA2, or TA3 card for a TA1, TA2, or TA3 pack from the same division.
If you people really want to see a stop to these constant posts (and they are annoying) put the blame where it belongs. The kindergarten teacher painting their nails and reading a magazine while the kids are eating glue and running with scissors.

Multiple every single day, no point in posting them SDS helps people in line for ticket submissions not seeing posts.

Lol what an awful example.
The blame is being put where it belongs...on the user. You baby proof a house because the baby doesn't know better. When that baby gets older, they learn and you remove those because they are not needed. Unfortunately, it does not seem the community has learned from the already numerous posts, and that's on the users at this point.
Its not SDS job to hand hold some of you through pack selections when they clearly tell you on the card itself if its owned or new. Just take an extra 30 seconds to check and double check before selecting.
