i selected 2x Carlos Rodon and now can't get acuna...i just need Jose Ramirez from Team Affinity 3
I also selected two Rodons and I am a Salvador Perez card short of the Acuna collection. Small world... lol.

There are always smart asses that come on here blaming the user for making the mistake. Yes, we made a mistake in picking the same player twice. So we are just supposed to sit around and not say anything? A month of turnaround time is just ludicrous. This was the game's biggest launch ever (cross-platforms), so you would think they would have a faster turnaround time for this. I wonder if XBox tickets get faster turnaround time.
Not only that, why isn't there a way where once you pick a No-Sell card, it doesn't allow you to pick it again? -

Proving you're an a$$ once again. If they made the cards sellable, it would negate this issue. They shouldn't tie collecting a card the way they have if you can make this big of a mistake and never get it fixed. Their error in not changing the cards to be selected only once, and still not updating it 3 months after launch, is bad service

You need to put in a ticket through their website. Just Google "SDS ticket".

The fact that it's your first year playing this game is irrelevant to the logic behind all of this. Of course I know that you shouldn't pick a card you already picked, but unfortunately that's the situation I am in. I accidentally pressed the X button (PS5) on a card I had already picked and now because of that, I have to play this seemingly month-long waiting game which is just crazy to me.
I have completed all of my other Team Affinity programs and have 0 accidental duplicate picks on those. So yea, even a seasoned veteran that has been playing this game since it first came out in 2006 when David Ortiz was on the cover can make that honest mistake. And the fact that this duplicate card issue is more common than you would think, makes it so that they should fix it.
I am curious... why don't you think they should fix this? -
