So how do I bring in a starting pitcher in relief in RS?

My opponent brought in Greinke in about the 4th inning. I didn't have any option to warm up a starter.

I've never tried using more than 1 but i would assume you can.

Played a conquest game earlier today and was able to use one SP and warm up another, so should be no limit.
