Why are you guys nurfing Ballplayer?
-
SDS you really need look into updating the ballplayer abilities. My ballplayer has 123 contact, 125 power, and 108 vision and he hits like he's a 65 overall player. The fact we bust our [censored] to make our ballplayer really good in RTTS and once he gets any DD game he can't hit anything like he's a true power or contact hitter. I have MLB players that are in the 90's for power and contact hitting homeruns all the time but my ballplayer can't do anything but hit line drives to the infield or pop out to outfield. If my ballplayer is truly a power guy then let him be that.

It's a visual glitch, he's not actually a 65 overall, once you get in a game you see his real stats.
-Edit I read that wrong-
Plenty of people crush with their caps, I face people with insane averages all the time.

I know he's not really 65 overall. My ballplayer is a 99 overall. I am talking about him not being able to get homers and basehits with him having 125 power and 123 contact.

I dont know what to tell you. My cap is by far my best hitter and crushes pretty much everything I get the bat on.

There is no conspiracy here. SDS is not nerfing your ballplayer. You're just not hitting well with him. There are plenty of 99 caliber players that people struggle with every year. My suggestion would be to change up the swing and stance to a player you do hit really well with.

Go into rtts ..at the main screen...drop to where it has the options for ballplayer ect ect
Hit triangle ( if yer on playstation) check out yer stats. ANY hitting or speed/ stealing attributes that's over the max....change yer gear. -

I've been using Griffey Jr stance for years with no issues. Maybe I'll find someone different and see what happens.

Griffey Jr is usually one of the better ones. If you're trying something new, I would recommend Corey Seager's or Bellinger's. I've used both on CAPs before and they are solid.

I've changed my swing a couple of times. If you're hitting bombs with a 90 power guy, then edit ur CAP and use his swing. It's all about timing and feel.

Well since I am a switch hitter I was thinking of picking someone that is a natural switch hitter like Chipper and see what happens.

CAP is too hard. SMDH
On the back of your console, there's a long black wire. With your console turned off of course, take a pair of scissors and cut any black cords you see. Then pick up the console and head over to the highest available window of your house. Open said window and drop the console outside.
Best way to fix your CAP, hands down.
