Defensive Alignment Bug (R3 PS4)

SDS is anyone going to give feedback on R3 bug???? If batter hits R3 to view defensive alignment and pitcher (opponent) pauses the game is bugged unless batter calls time. Pitcher can't select a pitch until then!!!!

Off topic sort of and I apologize. How does one successfully operate the R3 on this game? I haven’t been able to get it to work. Is R3 the actual little black buttons? Guess I’m confused as to what R3 is. I press the right stick and nothing happens. Confused. Thanks for any explanation one might be able to provide.

with the left/right analog sticks you need to press down on them for buttons L3/R3.
