The Silver But It Feels Like Gold trophy is not popping despite being Silver level 3 now. I've tried playing multiple game modes and there's nothing I can seem to do to get this to pop. Has anyone gotten this and gotten it resolved?

How do you guys rank up so fast? Playing ranked online games? Or selling diamond cards, buying other cards and completing collections?
