Stuck in a freezeoff

Currently stuck in a freeze off triggered by my opponent after messaging me on PSN saying "you should have accepted my friendly quit" (they are currently losing 2-0). Would post the username but I think that gets you banned on the forums. Here's an image taken from the current game in progress on my console. I'm currently leaving my console on and preventing it from sleeping just so that I don't quit out of the game early and give the scumbag a win, but I'd love for an official resolution from SDS on this game. I just want to play but now I'm stuck in a situation where quitting out gives this cheeser a win.

Probably not a wise idea to post how he did it openly. I would've just filed a bug report and an en email.
Unfortunately the only thing they would do is look into his game history and if he seems to do this slit; they'll handle it.
As for an official resolution in the game. They've already can't out and stated that they can't assign/take away wind; so you're either in it for the long run or your quitting to play more.

Also, if you run into shat he did again; all you have to do is advance thx runners before it freezes. He either have to attempt you throw them out or give up runs.

This is what I was doing; he managed to still freeze it though. In any case, it worked out because this morning I checked my console and was pleasantly surprised to see that his console disconnected and I had gotten the win. Blocked him, reporting him shortly, and glad to move on from it.

Just quit and play another game. I will never understand the guys that sacrifice time that could be spent enjoying the game by just sitting there with the game frozen for one single win. Doesn't make any sense at all to me. Only time I might be able to justify it is if you are 11-0 in a BR run.
