Time of year matter

So, in games vs CPU, we know wind and elevation plays a big role. This might be a silly question, but does the time of year/day matter? In real life, the ball flies further in warmer weather, do you think playing in summer months makes a difference in the game?

I've always wondered about this as well

Hotter weather ball should fly better. Same with places that get windy when cold like Chicago. Also the light and shadows change based on time of year ie October at 7pm is darker than June

If weather was correct in game, but when you are getting mid 50s in miami and pittsburgh and washington in august 7pm ....

i remember NCAA Football 02-14 they had an in game sync with weather.com where the weather would reflect live weather in actual location weather.... i wish that would happen for franchise mode, where it would reflect todays weather... So many games are vs cpu in franchise in dodgers stadium with overcast/rain....and it never rain in LA

Warmer drier air the ball flies better. Not heavy humid air, (Houston, Miami.) But I guess indoors wouldnt matter. But the main thing I notice about time of year is sunlight and darkness. If you play in middle of summer at 7pm it will stay light much longer than let say Oct or April. Most of those games start off dark.

Dynamic live weather would be awesome in this game.
Tiger woods 14 had it as well.

Tiger 14 was pretty good on the sim mode.
Used to love Madden but quit playing a while back. Got to arcade.

If you want to replicate the weather of a game that was played in the past you can go to this website and see what the weather was. You can change the date in the url to quickly change dates. I use it for my franchise games.
