There's actually something called gamer's elbow. Playing this or any other high stress games way too much may cause elbow pain. I actually had it happen to me last year playing this game. Take a daw or two off and you'll be fine. Consider it like going on The Show's IL.
Please tell me this is a millennial injury -- please. I want gamers elbow to be a 30yo millennial thing. I just need a sad sign that I am aging...and this could be it.
Man... I can't say 100% but my guess would be that it is. Never happened to me before until last year and I'm in my early 40's. This is really the only game I play and been a hard-core DD player since 2012.

Haha dude I’ve been in same boat a couple times this year. Tweaked my thumb as well as elbow. Definitely a rock bottom type of feeling.
