How does hank aaron have less than 90 power?
-
for 1961 all-star card he has 77/85 power with 33 homeruns that year , While gary sanchez 2016 card has 115/121 power and he only hit 20 homeruns that year.

1961 Aaron. .594 SLG, 33 HR in 671 PA
2016 Sanchez. .657 SLG, 20 HR in 229 PA
I agree Aaron should have a bit more, but there's the reason. Smaller sample, way more power. He would have almost 60 homers in that many PA if he kept the same pace

He only hit 20 homeruns that year? You're talking about the difference between 155 games and 53 games. Sanchez was on pace for 60 homeruns if he had played a full season....Aaron had his full season and "only" hit 33.

You have to consider the card type too. Hank Aaron is easily one of the greatest hitters of all time (understatement) but the card it self is delegated to a specific year. So you have to look at the data from that year, period, part of the season etc.
If they did a silver slugger card, it would be a different story.

Surely hank will get a milestone card with more appropriate attributes. It might even be the next collection reward.
-
Yeah Sanchez barely played that year and hit a HR every game it seemed like.
