I wish there was a big TA2 collection reward

To be honest, for most players Rivera will be that reward since they'll need most of the TA2 cards for that collection.

Ya but you and I both know Rivera is a separate thing, that’s part of the Honus Trout type thing (just not the final boss), you can finish TA2 and still be far from Rivera

Not that we need more cards, but I wish there was a separate 99 or even 98 overall reward for getting all 42 TA1 cards instead of needing the preorder cards too. I got two I believe by buying the $85 version if I remember correctly (Pedro and Griffey) - but now I have to buy the rest or I believe they added packs of those to events just now. I'm sure more choice packs of the pre order cards will come, but it was kind of a let down to collect all 30 for no real big reward. Even though it's only Inning 2, most of the 42 cards aren't even cracking my lineup or rotation already. I have Salvy up to parallel 3 and he's my back up catcher. And Pedro up to parallel 4 and he's my #5 starter - and that's only cuz I'm a big Pedro fan.
Anyways, just my two cents.

Maybe like an almost endgame card that’s a 99, starting pitcher?
My hope is that maybe SDS will add a huge TA collection reward at the end with all 120 TA cards, like an all 125 hitting Babe or something

Well Rivera is an almost endgame card
He is endgame it just sucks that they built up so much hype for a card that can only pitch 2-4 innings every 2 or 3 games opposed to a player that can be in your lineup and high in the batting order for every game.

Well Rivera is an almost endgame card
Rivera is an endgame card imo. I mean yeah, a lot of people that play a lot say he doesn't play well up to the 99 rating. But, I mean, he is a 99 and that's as high as it goes. Also, I think we (people that take the time on forums and social media) obviously play more than the average player for the most part and for that "average" The Show player this is an amazing card. We just have higher standards because many of us know every ins and out of every player. Which stances are the best/which deliveries are hard to pick up/what cards play great no matter the rating/etc. Lastly, many players only, or most often at least, play DD in offline modes. They see the 99 Rivera in much higher regards.
