Finish the no hitter.

Just got a complete the no hitter moment with Blake Snell, I get through the 7th inning and bat in the 8th and get a hit, offense scores 4 runs. Get through the 8th inning leading 6-0.
9th inning starts. "Blake Snell was pinch hit for in the 9th" gotta love it

It's that DD logic in MTO again.
How many pitches were you on?
-
Not 100% sure but somewhere around 100. I remember being at 80 after the 1st out in the 7th, and I got through the last 2 batters there and the 8th inning pretty quickly.
I'm just happy the bullpen didn't give up 7 runs in the 9th and tank the momentum for me lol

I’ve only had that scenario come up once and gave up a hit on the first pitch lmao. But in RTTS I had a perfect game going after 8 innings twice, once in AAA and once in the majors and both times the scores were 1-0 leads and I was replaced by the closer in both scenarios. The AAA game I was at exactly 90 pitches, and the closer gave up a pair of hits but still managed to get the save. The game in the majors I had 84 pitches, and the closer blew the save by giving up a run, and then my team won it in the 10th inning, so I didn’t even get the win. The end results are what they are, but a manager would have to be a complete A-hole to pull a pitcher who is perfect through 8.
