Problem with Giambi Evolution Program ... Stage 2 Won't Unlock!

Crossposting to Dymand Dynasty as well.
I finished Stage 1 AND unlocked the Giambi card. I remember distinctly looking to see if stage 2 unlocked and it did. I even did a few missions in stage 2.
But now, not only is stage 2 locked, but it shows that I only have 5 of the program "points." I even re-did both missions in stage one (successfully lol), but it still only shows 5 points. .... Is this a known glitch/bug?

I did not have any issues with it. Try to close the game and reopen it and see if that fixes it.

Dang, that sucks. Put in a ticket. It will take them awhile to get back to you. I have one in for losing affinity progress for MTO. It said up to 5 business days for a response.

I'm having the exact same issue... Completed both Stage 1 Missions, but Stage 2 is still locked and only shows 5 Reward points instead of the 10.
I received a response from the support team nearly 40 days after submitting a ticket, stating "we are aware of the issue" and that was it.
