Will we still be able to work on stage one after stage 2 launches on the 28th?

I saw it on the main screen before you pick a game mode.

I didn't think they would change it, but I didn't want to miss out. Plus I thought it would be very odd if they did.

Yes you will still be able to do Affinity part 1 after the second part drops. They will not be conected.

Not being connected is a nice change. Hopefully whatever is added allows for double dipping so I can progress on both TA1s and TA2 at the same time.

Dont think there was ever a concern about TAs being removed though. The only things being removed actually list expiration dates in game.

Double dipping would be my dream where you can grind and get points for both

I doubt they'll let you double dip. Chances are they'll 'lock' or remove Innings from Season 1.

Also, unless they add more Gold TA players; those missions probably won't be in Season 3.

This makes sense removing innings grind leaving just moments or something there

I would hope they do a collection reward for completing TA1. Like 30-50 points toward TA2 if you got all five from the previous one.

I can see the same missions that are available in Season One being available in Season Two. Only thing is that Innings in Season One will be closed and there will be a Season 2 Showdown.

Stats missions will be back, like I said if the release more Gold Flashbacks, along with stats from the 'end card'. Plus I see them bringing back exchanges.

Removing the innings grind would be a horrible decision. Many people won't touch showdown because it's so awful, they definitely need to keep the innings grind for TA.

I think that remains, however since the two are not connected, I wonder how they would separate the two. Same goes with MTO, no way that don't include this, it's the only reason people play it. I'm assuming that those type of missions may count for both.

What would they do with MTO, they can't close that for Season 1 and open for Season 2. No way it's not available either, they depend on MTO being tied to Affinity, otherwise, why would you play it.

The collection reward is Jackie. There won't be points toward the next one

I don't know, they might. I don't really see Jackie as the collection reward for Season 1 Affinity, its the collection reward for the 42 series, which includes the 10 deluxe The Show version 42s and 2 additional collection cards. If Jackie was the reward for just doing TA1, then I would agree.

Is Jackie worth it? It’s at least 300k stubs to buy the cards

If they don't lock innings for Season 1; they won't have Innings for Season 2. No way they'll allow double dipping.

As for MTO, you have to go into the MTO tab to process your points. So it will be set up that you can process them in only one Stage. They won't allow double dipping there either.

And if I'm not mistaken, last year's setup was 70pts for the fist stage and then 50 pts for each Stage after. That means they could do away Innings all together after Season 1 and just do exchanges and Missions wiith Gold FBs and whatever they decide to make the Diamonds, Showdown, and Exchanges

No I mean, like a TA ticket of sorts for completing the first level of said divisions.

It does not show that it expires and last year you had to finish stage 1 to do stage 2 and so on

I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t close season 1 if that’s only way to get Jackie
