Seeking Help - CAP

I worked to get my created player to a Diamond archetype (closer). It was working fine using him and putting him on my squad until today. I played my first Ranked Season game of this year and now, every time I try to put him in the lineup, the screen says, “No Valid Loadouts Found for the Position”.
Does anyone have a similar experience or know what I might be able to do to fix this?

Did you delete the load out and re-build it? I had to do that once.
