RTTS Not Tracking

After the major updates I am now having issues with my program tracking stats. I tried going into DD like seen in videos and made sure the "Missions" were turned on. Nothing is working.

Yup I’m having the same issue, doesn’t seem like there is anything I can do at this point, super frustrating.

Are you guys ever using the pause menu in game after you get on base and then picking Next Appearance? If so that messes up your program progression.

I dont ever do this and I only play one game at a time and it still doesnt track

Haven't done it and I'm stuck at 6/24 Plate Appearances

After my AB or I get out then I sim to next appearance. It was working fine until the update that "fixed it" and yesterday I noticed I wasn't progressing. I got called up and halfway through the season it stopped tracking.

How have they still not fixed this yet? Still an issue 2+ months later. Tried using my player in DD. Tried using only one loadout and exiting after every game to change my loadout depending on whether my player is pitching or hitting (which is a huge inconvenience). Never use the pause menu. Missions are always turned on.
WHY IS THIS A THING?????
I also love how no one can seem to get a response from anyone involved with the game on any forum. If it isn't DD, they simply don't care and simply won't fix it. Are they trying to be even more of a meme than EA?

It’s OCT 2021 and still RTTS isn’t tracking my progress, I’ve done every glitch, every bug, followed every step I’ve read about this issue. Even submitted a tech support claim with SDS and nothing! I’ve changed my position to the preferred position type, I’ve sat and watched every AB from CPU, I’ve put my ballplayer in my DD games than went to RTTS, and my progress will either reset after games or just not count. I’ve seen my AB appearances go from 22/24 than after one game reset to zero or not be marked as complete.
I’ve been stuck at bronze archetype since launch of this game. 3-4 missions stay set at complete but for whatever reason my hits and my plate appearances either reset after every game or just don’t count towards progression.
I’ve created a pitcher, catcher, 2nd baseman, SS and Center Fielder and nothing tracks! I’ve uninstalled the game and reinstalled and still same issue. I even went as far as buying the Digital version in disk copy, started 2 different Xbox accounts and nothing tracks.
