Do SDS actually answer support requests?

I have had a ticket submitted for 3 weeks now and haven't heard anything. Haven't even heard of anyone getting a response from them. Do we actually know that they are replying?

Usually they read them, and they fix it, unless it is something so game-breaking that they have to email/call you back. Otherwise, you never get a response, which I am fine with, because it means they are probably working to make the game better

I’ve gotten responses from CoLLin SDS on here a Couple of questions regarding Video HDR, But I been asking about them fixing Shohei Ohtani as a Two way player in the game so we can use him in Lineup multiple times on here and even on Twitter and not one reply back I don’t understand how he’s not able to be used in the Game unless your playin in a NL park and he happens to be on the Mound it’s Literally Mind Boggling SmH

Hardly ever, one talked to me for about a month to get details on a franchise mode cut scene freeze but that was 2013, radio silence since then. They do see bug reports though and will contact you if they need more details.

Your ticket will definitely be read but depending on what your issue is they may not have an answer or they are putting things on the back burner while they deal with larger issuea like people losing cards and money issues. (Not saying your ticket isn't important. We all deserve to be taken care of even if its small) Hope you get it figured out. Don't be afraid to send multiple tickets. As a customer you have that right
