Does user input matter?
-
Tied game in the 9th, guy I'm facing really isn't working hard at the plate. I throw a slurve that maybe caught a little too much of the plate. This was his PCI placement. Ball is launched over the wall.
Is it just me or should that have been a pop up
-
Yeah that’s a brutal one man. Who was the batter?

Buxton, so I mean I can kinda understand how that gets out, but at the same time if we're being honest he completely missed that ball lol
-
Nah I would be mad too if that was me. But I’m a firm believer that feedback is broken and has been for years
-
While yea, that should not be a homerun, the opponents feedback has never once worked correctly so I wouldn't put too much into it

I figured, just weird how if someone gets a perfect perfect it shows right, but other times its just off. Oh well

feedback is bugged.. It doesn't always show correct...IF the sound was solid then i would guess the feeback is wrong..

Pop out all day.

It's the same reason people get perfect perfect foul balls. You don't actually hit a perfect perfect foul ball, the feedback telling you it is perfect is wrong. There's no way of knowing if your opponent was actually on that ball or not

It seems like timing takes over sometimes.

I just hit a homer with Acuna in conquest and my PCI was so far away from the ball I laughed.
But later I was sitting middle with Piazza and the pci moved low and away each time on two swing and misses on pitches barely up and middled and I wasn't moving the stick at all.
W T F is happening?

Remember the feedback can’t be trusted...neither can your eyes. SDS doesn’t use scripting in the game/s. All of this pci feedback not working makes the game funner and more like real baseball/s. Sounds like you are having a good time

haha amazing!
-
Prob a contact swing. So broken right now
-
I’d be pissed no matter who hit that out. That’s what happens on lower difficulty tho
-
This game can be super triggering. I play a lot of BR and this happens both ways, but it could potentially end your run. I've had good/good squared with Chipper and its a popup, while bronze Ryan McMahon hits a 460ft dinger with the tip of the bat?
-
That absolutely sucks, but that does not mean user input doesn't matter, that's hyperbole.

I mean it's All-Star .__. not really a low difficulty but ok
