@dcmo3_PSN Oh yeah that's true, they do have Freeman.

@BigC1125_XBL @Tuke7-1_PSN Alright, thanks!
-
Why is the last card I need for the cubs , Brewers , and Indians not available to buy!! This is annoying

Collections are certainly something you can grind. I'm NMS and have been starting by buying players on teams without diamonds or with just one. Through playing at this point I have 12-20 players for every team from all the packs. Time you put in will just change how quick it gets done.
Yeah, I have been buying most teams with no diamonds or if I got lucky and pulled the only diamond through free packs. I pulled Degrom early and sold because I wanted to flip for more stubs.
I've completed 16 teams so far. Last year I was able to complete this way, but I've also learned that investing in legends and flashbacks can net you tons of stubs later because of the big fish that eventually is released. -
@FarikoArcher_PSN Who are they?
-
@elway7751_PSN Doing pretty good so far, good job!
-
I think you should collect all the BR cards first, events and World Series. Live series later during the year price go down and the others price skyrocket!!

@mubby_33_PSN Lots of moments is what I normally do. What should I do?
You want to maximize your XP. I don't feel like moments give you alot of return, especially if you have to keep replaying them over and over. I've been doing conquest and play cpu. Conquest rewards some nice free packs but be careful some of those maps are time consuming. Both conquest and play cpu will also help with innings for team affinity. Team Affinity is one thing I'm going to try to grind out earlier this year because the rewards on those last stages were great..
showdown would be another good one but I always get way too frustrated with them. Online would probably get you the most xp, but the games just take way to long for me, plus I suck online. -

@dcmo3_PSN How long did it take? Also any suggestions?
Well, each game about 15 minutes and there are 30 teams. So that's 7.5 hours for just those games. The drudgery that is simulation, will take maybe another 1-1.5 hours. Added together leaves you 8.5 - 9 hours to complete, and that's just playing with no stops (which isn't me).
You'll want to head west taking out Colorado, and then the rest of the west. Get to Colorado's base without losing any troops, if you do just restart, then play them on AS. Keep moving towards Oakland (remember, every 3 territories gives you an additional troop). Steal on AS against Oakland, reinforce, and move and play Oakland again on AS. Stop attacking after that game (at most that base is surrounded by only 2, and they won't attack at a 2-1). Steal against Seattle on AS, reinforce on the most optimal hex (closest path of least resistance) to launch an attack against Seattle, move your remaining troops from Oakland to the reinforced hex, and move and attack Seattle on AS. Stop attack. After this start to fill up open hexes, keeping an eye on your bases to ensure they aren't outnumbered by more than 1-2. You don't always have to attack, instead just reinforcing on same hex until you have a large number, which can't exceed 99. The rest of the games I play on rookie, in order to maximize pxp.
A replay on this map gives you 6500 stubs, six golds with a min value of 6000, and a 10 pack bundle.

@ixiXSolidXixi_XBL I'm not very good at the game so that will take me a while.
-
@mubby_33_PSN I don't replay the moments over and over, I'm just trying to finish all the moments in the game. I suck at online too and your right it does take too much time for me to get anywhere with my skill level. I've played the CPU before and I think I'm going to focus more on that. Do I use my main squad for that? I think I'm going to do some conquest as well. Showdowns make me mad as well. Thanks for the help and advice!
-
@dcmo3_PSN Still looks kind of hard, but I'll try my best. I don''t think I'll be replaying it though. It will probably take me a week or two just because of the time I have.
-
@dcmo3_PSN Do I use my best team for these conquest games?
-
This is my first year and I have gotten a good feel for the market and I am making good work through collections, but conquest is just a drag for me. I have watched a few youtube videos and I feel like I am doing what they say...but it just takes forever. I want to play games...not take half an hour going through all of these attack, reinforce and move steps.

Best team, or players you want to level up.

With the time I have, usually 2.5 playing sessions.
Don't want to be rude or mean, but the map is cake and a good source of stubs from just actually playing the game (offline). It's also great for leveling your players up, and maxing out the cap trees.

You will finish the live series collection eventually. Just one team at a time. By playoff time or a little after the diamonds will be under 100k each for the most part. Just depends how fast you want to finish
-
I usually have collections done by the end of June. Depends how much time I put into it and if I can save stubs. Only lock in cards on the Division you are working on. So if you want to do the NL East. Sell all LS cards you get from other divisions. Use those stubs to buy cards off the Market. When you have time you can flip cards on the market from the website online. Quickest way to finish collections with NMS is to flip cards make sure you include the tax and make a profit. Sell all stadiums, equipment,perks, everything if the goal is completing the team collections.Stubs add up fast. I got to 60,000 stubs over the weekend and was able to finish off St Louis when I bought Arenado. I am working on the NL. I just need the Diamonds. i have not got yet. I have only pulled Betts, Devin Williams and Abreu who is a Gold now. Team by Team, Division by Division League by League
-
im NMS and i barely play, ive completed Free agents, Cardinals, Rockies, Twins, White sox, Rangers and a couple more i cant think of right now... i got lucky and pulled and sold a bunch of high quality players like bellinger, judge, degrom

For Conquest, if it is hard and you only looking to get stubs and do not have a lot of time, You got go after the AL Central and NL central. Complete those division get the Prospect cards and sell those. Then start the Map over and over and over and just take out Division to get the prospect card to sell it off. You can go take out the NL West and AL west and restart just do that. IF you want to do the full Map I have a different approach then most people. I take over all the spots surrounding my Stronghold. If you are not good do not go play the CPU on AS. end your turn. Steal fans on VET for 2 extra fans. take over more empty spots toward the top going toward the Seattle and over Col. continue to take over empty spots and steal fans of COL or Seatle. KC Min, Col and Oak will come toward you with fans as they add fans of 2 or more make sure you match that with the fans you have kind of making a wall. If you ever played RISK that is what CQ. Once you got that covered you can take your Fans load them all up go take out COL first. Continue toward the west or go down to AZ. I got to the west. My next turn I load up fans take out Seattle. From there I work my way down to SF, Oak, LAA, LAD, SD, Move toward AZ, KC, TX, HOU, then take out MIN, MIL, CHC STL, I build a wall down the middle of the MAP. Start going east. I usually go I go from bottom up at this point. Go to ATL, TB, MIAMI, Bal, so on. You can go half bottom half top, At some point you will be moving fans. I can take over a CQ map this way in 8 to 10 hours. I am on my second go around of this Map. I am going to try and do it in the least amount of turns. I already took out Min ON AS in my first turn. there is a CQ MAP you can do over and over and over again that will give you a free pack each time you do it. You only have to beat OAK, SD, and NYY. You will get stubs and xp as you do it. That takes an hour to do. It is shaped like a 9 I think i believe that is where I got a silver 75 Rickey Henderson as a hidden reward. I have done all the CQ Maps. It is one of my favorite modes to play.
