So I guess yesterdays mini update they made it so using sliders no longer keep you from xp but rather you take a 50% cut.
I am looking for info on exactly what xp are they talking about? Are they referring to xp gain that boosts you game lvl and gives you stubs and cards when you gain a level ect OR are they talking about xp for your player and his ability to gain ability points, or both?
If I dont care about DD am I now free to use the sliders however I want in RTTS with no real penalty??

yes it is referring to the 1st inning program experience that you unlock packs from. you can change all your sliders and still progress your players programs and stats.
