Loadout Program Progress STILL Not Working

So even after the update, I have 0 progress in my pitching loadout. I choose it before hopping into a game that I pitch, throw 8ks and 7 innings and nothing. I get that they increased the base gains, but what's the point of playing this game mode if they aren't going to make it work? Im so close to just moving on from The Show this year.. They lost me.

I finally get progress if I'm already in the loadout I need before I start the next game, however if I click to play next game and find out I'm playing a role where I need to swap loadouts, I get no progress on that swapped to loadout. To be honest, I don't even know if it swapped to it correctly. And of course by the time I find out I need to swap loadouts it's after I've pressed play next game and I can't back out and change the loadout and then go back in. Thought this was going to be fixed. Guess it's still an issue.

Manually selecting the loadout seems to be working for me. But equipment is still bugged, none of the changes will show up on the ballplayer. But that’s secondary to the progression issues.

This is why I continue to use just one load out and progress a bunch of archetypes right now waiting for solid fixes to all this stuff before I try the whole 2 way player mode. By the time they patch this stuff to work as it’s supposed to be I’ll be starting a new RTTS in AA with capped attributes and diamond archetypes.
