This is getting really annoying to the casual player like myself. I have limited time to play between work and other activities, so when they close for maintenance or the server goes down it really sucks.

I wish I could get a refund for this disaster. This is so frustrating I don't even want to play anymore because I'm terrified anything I do won't count. SDS basically being dead silent on this issue is a joke also. Can't wait to get a 5 pack bundle for all this headache we've gone through. Just give me my money back.
