Hitting isn’t what needs to be patched, it’s the pitcheing that needs to be fixed

Pitcher attributes and user input don’t seem to matter, if your pitch placement isn’t perfect then the ball just ends up nowhere close to where it should be.
I use analog pitching so we’ll reference that, if you don’t put that ball perfectly in that circle forget about it. The ball will end up not even being close to where you want it. Hence why there are so many balls being put into the stands.
What is the point of control or bb/9 stat if every pitch you throw ends up being a floater. Even if you do get perfect release it’ll still end up either missing the zone (if it’s close to the corner) or it’ll end up catching way too much of the plate. Hey I’d get it if it was in late innings and your pitcher is losing stamina but this happens right out of the gate even with the games best pitchers. Pitching feels nonexistent, it’s a total slugfest right now. It honestly reminds me of 18’ and that’s not a good thing.

Yep, agreed. As of right now the game itself is controlling the pitch location. More times than not it’s forcing you to walk batters or serves one up right down the middle, just perfectly to be crushed.
Why is that? There’s only 2 answers.
1 - The game is influencing outcomes.
2 - The pitching is broken.
User input is non existent right now with pitching.

And fielding. I hit the perfect bar on a cut off throw and after playing the ball off the wall instead of turning and throwing the ball in my fielder stares aft the wall for 3 seconds then weakly throws it in. At which point the cut off weakly lobs the ball to second allowing the runner to be safe.

Meter is just as bad, I am really disappointed, this was the one game I was excited for, enjoyed '19 even with its problems, but this year just no enjoyment what so ever, I feel like I'm pitching in a homerun derby.
