It's time you start refunding people their money

Since you clearly aren't up to the task of giving us a properly working RTTS game mode, maybe it's time you gave me my money back. I definitely feel like you have ripped me off of a 100$ and Playstation hasn't gotten back to me on my request to be refunded. I shouldn't have to pay for something that is clearly broken or not working as intended.
I definitely wont be buying your game anymore. Now granted losing my business isn't going to break you but hopefully many others will also (but I doubt it since most people still buy Madden every year) -
Honestly it's sad this is the route they're going. It's seems like they're going the EA route and just put out a game every year and only focus on Diamond Dynasty and leave other modes untouched. I played The Show (all 6 years) on PS4 before I switched to Xbox. Graphics still the same since the Show '14, Rtts is getting worse every year, gameplay is decent but not a next gen feel. All their time and focus goes into Diamond dynasty...

Ummm. No

microtransactions > buying a $60 or $70 game. Same thing with madden... as long as people keep giving them money (buying stubs) they'll continue to invest their efforts into the mode that gets people to spend money.
-
Its been over a week and almost 2 for the early access people, and the rtts is still broken. Refunds would be appropriate.

Sad state of game releases these days is they rarely come out fully baked. Normally takes a good three to six months to get them where they should have been at release. Sometimes even longer, I’m looking at you Cyberpunk.

I understand that for games like GTA/RDR/etc... They are built from scratch and they a have long lifespan so 3/6 months is Allright to fix them... But since Sports Games are yearly release, they have a small "Post release" patching window and then they start to work on next year release...
My guess is they'll make it "playable" by patching the progression system but the rest will stay the same. It will be still linked with DD, we'll still be stuck with one player, we'll still have to deal with the ridiculous loadouts, we won't see any improvements on realism & immersion.
Even though I'd love a refund, it's not gonna happen... All I can do is wait for 2022 and remind myself that "feature premiere" are full of half-truths and missleading informations...
New guidelines :
- No-preorder from SDS anymore;
- Come back here to read players opinions 10 days after release to know what is REALLY happening with the game.

Most games these days I won’t buy until at least first sale and many times I wait until 50%. Gives them time to get patched up so I don’t feel like a beta tester. I had already preordered this game when they announced Game Pass and I wanted the bonus stuff. So being an Xbox player I was dying for a good baseball game. Little did I realize the game I had heard such good things about for years would take a step back.
-
The sad part is this is the norm and they wouldn’t do it if it wasn’t profitable. There are still many of us that just want a good game on release but so many people are just starved for something new regardless of quality that they preorder. This is the new age of development deliver at 60% at finish the rest by year end while keeping the micro transactions pumping to drive in revenue.

Yeah didnt mean to repost that whole post as my own, and server error when trying to delete...go figure...but very good point was made here with yearly releases making timing of fixes much more important. This game will be outdated in a year, they need to implement these fixes asap.
-
Then if you decide to play the broken game because you want to try and get your moneys worth of course you can't because servers are always down or lagging out.

accidental double post as site is lagging hard
