Nation Of Baseball Challenge Conquest Question

So I thought I completed the conquest and I have 386 territories but it says my goal isn’t complete. Can someone let me know how many territories there are? Can’t seem to find it on the internet’s. It’s late so maybe I can’t see them but it looks like I have them all done.

I am not sure of the exact number but there was one on the upper row east of Seattle that the background was so dark and the uncaptured hex was so dark you could not really see it. Very easy to miss.
