SDS please help, not getting any XP

I was able to play for almost 3 hours yesterday but I never got a single XP for anything I played. I played about 9 games (conquest) some MTO and a bit of RTTS but got zero XP. I would like to work on the inning program but can't because of this.

I didnt alter anything in my settings, didn't change sliders or anything, I just want what I'm supposed to be getting
