Missing stubs

I bought stubs at Walmart put the code in on PlayStation store but when I log on the show I don’t have the stubs and I went back to PlayStation store and put the code in again and it said it was already redeemed. I went back into the game and still don’t have the stubs. Help please?

I got jacked for 100.00 on stubbs and all my pre order bonus cards everything gone some bull

I legit just lost over 15k stubs since 8pm by walking upstairs. I don't get it. Of course there is no number I have to rely on the fact someone will check a support ticket

I have only had the game for 2 days. I am pretty sure after researching it has to do with the bug people are talking about where sometimes you cancel an open buy order and arent credited with the stubs back

It seems the only safe way for playstation customers to purchase stubs is on the console you are playing on and using the in game store. I have been tracking this issue and it seems if you use the website or game codes it doesn't credit your account with the stubs. Has anyone had a different experience?
Im curious if the issue is between stubs on ps4 vs ps5.

I submitted a ticket over a week ago for over 150,000 missing stubs and have yet to hear a response. Great customer service SDS.
