Default Sliders are all in the middle dude, or 5 clicks for each category. You should ask questions like this in the Franchise forum, usually in General Discussion there's a lot of DD noobs and they have no idea what Sliders are.

Hey so when I move the to the middle and exit it says the settings configuration have been modified and it tells me Xp can only be earned while using default sliders.

Re-install the game if you can't find the option. At work now, can't check.

I changed my sliders in RTTS and can’t gain any xp through that mode. Only through DD at the moment!

This is happening to me as well except I didn’t change me sliders lol not sure how to fix it

My opinion on XP is controversial but needs to be said. XP more than ever is a DD-only mechanic. There is no account level, no XP path. I just don't see the purpose of gaining XP in any other mode other than DD in general when it's used for DD rewards. MTO sure because it's more or less the bridge between Franchise and DD. Strict RTTS or franchise players don't even need XP for anything this year
