Never got preorder extras

Picked up my preorder on the 18th, loaded the game up and no extra packs or rewards that were supposed to be included with the robinson addition. Any ideas on where to put a trouble ticket in. I'm an Xbox user so new to the game.

Just have to click "support" at the top of this page. It will link you here: https://theshow.sonysandiegostudio.games/hc/en-us
Then just click TS 21, then "report an issue" and follow the steps. -
And then be prepared for a several day wait. I put my ticket in on the 16th after launch. Still have not received response or my bonuses.

Wow @Victor_SDS_PSN can y’all please address us who preordered and never received our content? And those whose content disappeared.
I had a similar issue. Redeemed my preorder content and after linking account lost it all. Your trouble shooting step of “unlinking” did not restore the preorder content and Microsoft keeps saying to contact you all. I’ve spoken to them 4 times since Friday (it’s Tuesday now). No reply, no solution.
