How do you get "my player" into DD?

I guess I missed something from the beginning since I can not figure out how to get my player from RTTS into my DD team. I've already been called up to the majors in RTTS. I've cycled through every player I have available in DD and do not see my player, any help would be highly appreciated.

Please let me know if you figure this out because I haven't been able to do it either. I've tried to put him into my lineup but his card doesn't show up anywhere. I've even been looking for a way to just completely delete my ballplayer and start from scratch to see if it helps but I can't figure that out either. I love the game so far for the most part, but create a player is broken. lol

Your player is at the position based on the archetype that you gave them

Mine was automatically in my starting lineup when I first started. So yours should be in your inventory somewhere.

Mine is nowhere in my inventory, and when I do a search I come up with nothing. Hopefully they respond to the ticket I submitted

Did you check secondary and third positions?

So the good news is that unlinking and relinking my account seems to have fixed the issue I had with being able to put my Ballplayer into my rotation. The bad news is that he now has only two pitches. Is my only option at this point to play RTTS until it gives me the option of changing/adding pitches? Please tell me there's a less convoluted way.
