Stubs still missing?

I purchased around $600 worth of stubs yesterday around 4:00pm est. I went through the PlayStation store website as I was getting an error code that the PS Support didn’t recognize when I tried to buy them through the game. Fast forward 12+ hours and still no stubs. Any idea why?

I was given $15,000 worth of stubs from The Rock, don’t bother asking him about it he’s busy, and they never showed up. He went through the PlayStation store website as I was getting an error code that the PS Support didn’t recognize when I tried to buy them through the game. I would really dislike to make The Rock angry.
