Hiw can I inform sds that I lost my purchased players, stubs, xp, ...when I logged 8n today

I’m thinking same thing here...logged on last night and created my DD team uniforms, etc...redeemed my preorder stuff and went to bed with like 15,000 stubs. Logging on tonight, it has me at 0 stubs and is asking to set up my uniforms for DD...also in the pack store it says 0/1 for the Clemente, and I absolutely redeemed it last night

Same here, just tried rebooting the game 3 times, all stubs went to 0 and all the items are gone, what is going on?

So I think I figured it out, during the day today I had linked my account on this website to The Show (instead of using the PS4 logo), that seemed to erase my progress. I just closed out the website, unlinking my account with PS4, then logged back into the website using the PS4 logo and opened up the game...now all my stuff is back

Do not link your account. It will wipe all your stuff and progress. If you have, unlink and everything should return. Why SDS has not addressed this is beyond me.

What Avrizic said. I lost everything connecting my accounts. I just unlinked them and everything came back. The only thing was, I had to choose between the player loadout I originally had, saved on the server, or the one I recreated and was saved on the station.

there's a link to submit bugs. i encourage everyone to do so regarding this issue. its frustrating that they're still silent on what should be a simple process.

You don’t have to unlink. It’s not a bug. They just weren’t super informative about how to do the linking at first.
Someone can correct me if I’m wrong. But basically for cross platform purposes, you have to create a theshow account. Then log back into your psn or Xbox acct and link them to your show acct. What was happening was people linking while logged in to their theshow acct, which was leaving that as your current account. Thus starting your DD team over.
