My Ballplayer position?
-
I finished the bronze "slick fielding" Catcher, the three silver perks then show SS, 3B and CF? And I can't change his position?
And best: looking at his player card says he's a SP?
I'm confused?
Anybody figured that out? -
As far as I can tell, the primary position is locked to whatever is listed first. So bronze shows slick fielding C as primary but has the others available as a secondary. I havent progressed far enough but it was my hope that the silvers/golds will unlock other primary positions for the same archtype.
I wanted to make a slugging catcher but it locked me in as a 1B with a C secondary atm.
The card still says SP...its kind of confusing I'd agree.

yes, confused here to. I dont want to be a pitcher ever

It just doesn't make any sense to get a silver 3B, SS and CF archetype card, after finishing the bronze C...
I'm using the SS at C now to try to get 2 gold archetypes... Will let you know for which position those will be ️ -

Like 1B is bronze slugger....I'm hoping C is the highest tier for that.
But I don't fully understand it yet so who knows.

I get your thoughts, but that's something that should be communicated somehow. I watched all streams before release and that wasn't mentioned

YES. SDS should put a video out on You Tube. Who is really going to know what to do?? When younger kids get confused, they will just move on and that's not really what SDS wants. I am not sure why they have not educated us better on this. When you first launch the Ballplayer menu, SDS should have one of those in-game tutorial videos that launches. I am SMH on this...

Completing silver SS gives you two gold SS archetype...
