Lost 130k stubs to cancelled orders what is this?

I posted multiple buy orders for players for about 130,000 stubs, when I cancelled the orders I did not get the stubs back. I bought $110 worth of stubs and the game took almost all of it. SDS please give me my stubs back I saved that money to build my team
