Fifth Inning Conquest

Ok. So I just got credit for 'completing' the Fifth Inning Conquest Map (30 stars) however I still have about half of the left side of the map's cpu territories to conquer.
I did all the strongholds first.
Anyway, was this done sort of glitch back when it was released?
I'm still going to sim and get the rest of the territories; incase there are hidden packs. But getting the 30 stars without conquering the whole map feels weird.

Each conquest map has a set of goals. If you go to 5th inning map hit square it will tell you goals. Probabally steal some fans and capture certain number of territories. So probabally not a glitch you more than likely met the goals.
But don't leave territories undiscovered might find some hidden gems!
