I’m actually referring to my secondary account because I stopped playing on my main account due to pure frustration. But good research, brutha!

So you’re hitting .350 in the lowest levels of the game, playing on all star which has been known to be garbage and then complaining about it?

Yes, mostly because of the part that you mentioned about garbage. You and I both know this game is garbage online until legend. HoF isn’t much better than All-Star. And if the game makes it an absolute RNG fest just trying to make it out of the 700s by allowing opponents that shouldn’t even be competitive based purely on comparable skill level, then yes it’s frustrating. Just move on if you don’t agree instead of humble bragging in the thread. Have a good one!

I'm not humble bragging, I was tagged in the thread because I refuse to say that the game is the reason someone on this thread is average. HOF is much better than all star there's no denying that, I've played dudes that are absolutely terrible online on HOF and mercied them or struck them out 20+ times. 2 things are wrong with the way of thinking certain people have.

    1. That people can't improve throughout the year, so you look at their record and batting average and assume they still suck.

    2. The game is not the reason that a player is good/average/bad

They aren’t going to make All Star harder. It’s going to be (and should be) designed so that the median player can have fun. Hopefully, with competitive hitting the better player will win more often, but don’t expect them to let you strike out average players 7 out of 9 times in BR or events.

The ironic part about this is that you can almost always tell if the game is being extra RNG’y because you will lose 3-2 and your opponent will have struck out 16 times to your 2. 😂 It’s actually pretty hilarious how blatantly obvious it all is.

I understand what your saying, but my complaint is certainly warranted because the amount of randomness online up until legend is exceedingly over the top. They need to at least tone it down to make it more consistent. Also, explain to me how I’m average? I’m usually around top 500 every year except this one because I just stopped playing.

I don’t think it should be harder I don’t think anyone is asking for it to be harder. I just want the results to be represented so players that are better then HOF aren’t Losing when they clearly should’ve won on that level. I have literally out input my opponent on allstar by a ratio that is ridiculous and lost. Happens all the time. So if ppl struggle on that difficulty let them struggle against other people that struggle don’t force botched results so that they WIN. Those are two different things

This is yo ur way I diverting from what is being said. Stop concentrating on me personally and start acknowledging the actual problem.

Hitting over .300 is not that hard. I wouldn’t be able to hit in the .350 range yet but I’m working on it. I can hit above .300. Yes I absolutely can.

I’m like in the 290s this season. Playing frustrated and disgruntled. I hit well over .300 in the beta. And well over .300 in my last season of 19 and other seasons in 19. It’s not like I’m far off. You are are diverting from what’s being said by making it personal

I agree so The game should not put me in allstar purgatory for a long stretch of games and just reward me on that level so I don’t have to play in it for longer then I should be. Thats the point.

When pitching rebel says exactly what I’m saying you agree. But when I say it you have a problem with it.

When I am down one and get a RISP and have two perfects and a good good in the 8th and 2 good goods and and perfect perfect in the 9th with RISP and go from 778 to 745 and now have to play another gamble game on allstar that’s not just keeping me in a league I don’t belong in.

That’s not me that’s the game. And it happens all the time.

I literally watched you play a game for 5 innings and say that you out inputted your opponent when you had 3 good swings in 5 innings, on all star. You were down 5-1 because of one bad input from your opponent but he literally had good swings on 90% of his at bats.

You watched the beginning of the game when I was down 5-0. He was out inputting me.

Then I came back you stopped watch and tied the game 5-5.

Then I tied the game and lost and I SLIGHTLY out inputted him but thought he did enough to win and that was not a good example of what I’m talking about and clearly said I was ok with that loss even though I slightly out inputted him (which I did).

I’m talking about the games I COMPLETELY out input my opponent

The game could do better at representing the results. That’s clear when I had 12-1 on allstar in the beta and 12-0s several times before on allstar

I’m lucky if I get 9 wins in 20 due to the randomness of the pitching and hitting

I’ve also watched 1100 players lose to similar players they should be destroying on 20. It’s not just a me thing. It’s the gameplay. You aren’t accepting of facts.

Well, in 2 weeks we will find out exactly how good everyone is if they stick to their guns on competitive mode. Lots of high scoring games, but the better player (that game) should win 90%+ of the time.

Yes. Yes we will. The really really good players (elite types) will remain elite. But there are a lot of players below the level of elite that I think are misrepresented
