I can't figure out the Tech Test signup

Nothing happens after I "agree to terms". I've read websites and they say that it prompts you to choose Xbox or Playstation. I don't get that. That option never appears, there is no "continue" button or anything of the sort. Does anyone have any idea whatsoever? It's incredibly frustrating.
