I'm running into an issue signing up. When I go to the site, the only thing there are the FAQs, the agreement, and the "I agree" checkbox. Once I check the box, I click on the step 2 button at the top of the screen and a message appears in the top right saying that I need to sign up first. How do I sign up? I thought this was the sign up. What am I missing?
