I swear, some games feel normal and other games feel like the only way I can throw a strike is right down the middle.

Even when I get a good release, there is no telling where a pitch will go.

I used to think it was worse in away games but I just played a home game which was so bad. Obviously I lost on a two out, two strike pitch to Trout which was a waste pitch that went right down the Richard.

I’m starting to think I need new controllers, but then the next game will be fine.

    Thoughts?

I will say, one thing I’ve noticed, once your pitcher gets low in stamina or confidence, it’s crazy the drop off in being able to execute a pitch (and the batters chances of crushing it). I can go from pitching pretty well to suddenly not being able to have the ball anywhere close to where I’m aiming.

It gets to the point where I will concentrate so hard on pushing the analog stick to a particular side and the meter won’t go the way I’m pushing.

It makes sense that someone losing confidence or stamina loses precision, but the drop off is almost immediate when it happens and impossible to control at all.

I have experienced that too, but it also happens right out of the gate as well.

Id be fine with being wild — but the game just puts the pitch directly down the middle when a pitcher is tired and that has got to go.

It’s funny people are noticing this. When I left months ago I was saying this toward the beginning of the game and the community bashed me with the exception of a few saying “I just couldn’t pitch”
