Are the new rules in baseball going to be applied to the show 21?

what new rules? after the players association rejected the mlb proposal there isnt new rules for 2021 season.
if you refer to last year- 26 man roster was in all modes except DD, 3 batter minimum was also in.
7 inning double headers, DH in NL, and expanded playoffs were all emergency situation additions and were temporary rules and wont be a part of the 21 season( unless the league and players make an agreement- but the have been 3 attempts so far that were declined)
