Battle Royale Rankings

So I think we all understand how the Ranked Seasons rankings work. Rebel is almost always number 1, followed by all the other best players. I’ve just always been confused about the Battle Royale Rankings. Is there any rhyme or reason to it? There are zero top players in any of the sorted categories of Battle Royale Rankings. Just wondering if anyone has any idea.

BR rankings look at win%, so they're wildly inaccurate. If you play 5 games of BR all year and you win all 5 of them, there's a good chance you'll sit at the top of the leaderboard throughout the year because of the 100% win percentage.

I figured it had something to do with win percentage, but without an actual qualifying number of games played to be listed in the rankings. So what you are confirming to me is that essentially BR rankings are completely worthless. Thanks!
