Is it on my end?

Yesterday I was playing a ranked seasons game. (at Philly) I hit the ball over the left fielders head, I see my batter on first. Next batter nobody on first, and I have one out.
A few days ago my batter had a 2-1 count. I bunt, and the ball goes foul. I'm called out. I look at the box score and it doesn't show the batter with a strikeout, and nothing in the game log.
During the year I really haven't had issues like these, but over the last couple of days, I've noticed some small things that didn't happen before. -
I have had these type of things happen too. It usually is a connection issue that causes these game glitches

I recall doing the showdown extreme and needing a grand slam to win the last match up against (I think) Nate Pearson. I got a grand slam and it only credited me with 3 runs. So I had to fight to get another run across to win.
