Frustrating packs

I recently completed the diamond XP reward path and received the two diamond packs for reaching that goal. Both packs were exactly the same. Why? I don't mean had a few of the same players....it included the exact same 5 players.
Does this happen to others? Any remedy?

The high diamond pack? Only remedy I can think of is to sell your duplicate and then purchase another one that you need. It’ll only take you a minute.

@writetoshawn. Good point......and whatever the two packs you receive are at reaching 100 XP level in the diamond XP Path.....XP Reward Choice....Choose 1 of 5. QTY of two. They were part of the same reward, so it doesn't make sense. If they came from separate instances, I could see it.

I now get what you are saying. You get that pack 5 times throughout the XP path. Once at silver 1, once at gold 1, once at diamond 1, and twice at diamond 100. Is to give you the opportunity to choose all 5. It's supposed to have the same players every time

@the_dragon1012 Well, if that is the way it is, I say it's kinda dumb. If you are to pick two of the five, why wouldn't they just give you one pack and provide two choices?

Because you need to level all the way up to get all the cards? The game has always been that way. This is like asking why you don't get all the guns after hitting Level 5 in COD. I don't understand, is this your first video game ever?

Because opening those packs are the only way to get those 5 cards. The point is that they give you 5 of the packs and you take one with each pack. How did you make it all the way through the XP Path and not figure that out?
